The Bad

You can replace your existing wallpaper every 30 minutes or at Windows startup, create transparent desktop icons, verify the screen resolution to suit your images, match the wallpaper with the desktop captions, and so on. On top of all this, Wallpaper Changer is a free app, lacking only some language packs and basic editing functions that would have made it a truly excellent one.
